Refund Policy

We know sometimes making up your mind can take time, so we are happy to accept returns if you’re not convinced on the items you purchased. Please be aware that:

  • We only accept returns on items that are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
  • We cant’t accept returns on engraved items or bespoke pieces - unless they were received faulty - as those pieces have been especially customised for you.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • We don’t accept exchanges.

All refunds will be credited to the original credit card and it can take up to 14 working days.
